With Team Teach Level 1 training, they can de-escalate situations, support emotional regulation, maintain calm environments, and respond appropriately to distressed behaviour. This is expertise taxi companies cannot match.

Our specialist drivers complete nationally recognised MiDAS training, covering safe minibus operation, disability awareness, and best practice in passenger safety and comfort. Taxi drivers simply don’t receive this level of specialist training.

 

To guarantee consistent professional care, every team member completes mandatory training in safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR, first aid, health and safety, mental health awareness, equality and inclusion, and behaviour awareness.
